9.5/10The food presentation and quality are top notch at this off the beaten path restaurant. Smaller portions and a bit pricier than some other local restaurants we ate at, but we left totally satisfied without even having dessert. The servers were attentive and pleasant. They also offer an extensive wine list. Would highly recommend for the foodies out there.

10/10Wonderful food prepared by an outstanding chef. We have been coming here for years - never disappoints. Staff work hard at the highest standards to make this a memorable experience. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

10/10Food and wine were delicious and waitress was lovely. Gave me a few little extra treats courtesy of the chef which was nice. Nice setting sitting outside just off one of the main areas....recommend!!

+1This is a very special restaurant. From the moment we arrived, and were seated in the atmospheric courtyard by friendly and professional staff, we were impressed. Between the welcome drink on arrival to the complimentary digestive, we were treated to a selection of delicious dishes punctuated by delightful amuse bouche. The presentation of the food was immaculate, the preparation excellent and the delivery professional and engaging. Taomina has a lot of good restaurants but not many like Le Naumachie - go and see for yourself!

9.5/10It was our last night in Sicily so we didn’t want a disappointing evening. The Ristorante Naumachie ensured we had another memorable meal in Taormina. We received a lovely welcome as we approached and the friendly service continued all the way through the evening. The food was mouthwatering, especially the main dishes. We had eaten enough fish over the week, so we chose the lamb chops and the pork fillet. The names of the dishes didn’t do them justice at all. It was melt in the mouth stuff, the best lamb chops and pork with apricot we’ve ever had. Incredible food. From start to finish, a wonderful way to end our holiday.

9.5/10We were only offered an 18:45 seating which is strange as all bar 2 tables outside were unused and I only saw one couple go inside to eat. The food and service were fabulous so I’d definitely recommend eating here. They have a huge selection of great wines but the offer by the glass could be improved significantly. Small quibbles in a 5* experience.

10/10Excellent. Very worthy of all the high scores others have left. If you are looking for something special, this restaurant is a real gem. Just off the busy tourist area but close enough to feel part of the historic centre and its charm. Food was really great and well presented.

10/10The meals are full of ideas that make the most of the ingredients, and are presented on tasteful plates. Service is full of pleasant conversation. The restaurant's location is a short distance away from busy areas, allowing you to enjoy a quiet stay. It is a restaurant for adults. I was very satisfied!

Want to keep this a secret for selfish reasons but can’t! It’s too good. If you can get in then do it! You won’t be disappointed, wine list is too big but that’s a first world problem just VIVINO them if you don’t know!
