Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed for the worse. The menu we were used to, with its delicious dishes, has been replaced with others, many of which look fashionable but are not tasty. We ordered fish, which was extremely salty. The beef cheeks in chocolate sauce were overcooked and dry. The ravioli were too simple, although the sauce was interesting. The scallop carpaccio was a surprise, and it was really delicious. The service was good, but there were only two waiters in the room, which was not enough. For example, we had to wait a long time for the bill to be paid.

Laïa Monceau is owned by the FUGA group, which is known for projects such as Riviera Fuga and Francette. The restaurant opened in 2025. The restaurant's interior features orange and terracotta shades, wicker furniture, handmade ceramic details, and plant motifs. There are several areas: a main dining room with an open kitchen, a central bar, a winter garden, and a green terrace away from the city noise. Chef Sasha Perrine (who has worked with Gordon Ramsay and Simone Zanoni) is responsible for the kitchen. His menu combines Mediterranean and Italian traditions with modern elements. The restaurant's pride is its pasta, which includes Ravioli del Plin, ньокки with tomatoes and burratina, and Fregola Sardina with seafood. I found the Fregola Sardina to be overly spicy. The Ravioli were excellent, with a combination of sauces and a hint of yuzu. The lamb was delicious, but the portion was small and topped with a spicy sauce. Not everyone can or should eat spicy food. Therefore, it is bette
