It was our first time and last. We book a table for 3 and one of our friend book a table for 4 person when we go to the restaurant er ask the waitress can we have the 2 booked table close together and they did so but The service was horrible. We took antipasto to start and second dish later but they bring all food together and to finish with hookah. We ordered by seeing there food item photos but when it arrive at table it was not the same as we sow in the photos. The food was ok. When we finish eating we called a waitress to take the plates several time but they didn’t care we waited more then 1 hour for hour ans asked several time for our hookah. At the end the bill arrive as we booked by fork we had 20% at 3 person table but they didn’t give us the discount we ask if we can talk to manager but the waitress said she was the owner and didn’t even care to give us the discount. It was terrible.

There was no soup available and they didn't mention it. When we asked after 20 min of waiting for it, they told they ran out of it and offered another kinds of soup. Ayran is too thick and contains dill in it - I didn't like it (but maybe Lebanese ayran differs from Turkish, I don't know to be honest). Baklava was not really fresh. But meat with funghi was amazing. The environment inside the restaurant is very nice and special.

Pretty average food, under seasoned and the bread was slightly stale

I decided to take the girl I'm dating -who never tried Lebanese food before- on a culinary adventure, and she fell in love. Possibly with me, but definitely with the tasteful dishes we were served. Highly recommend this gorgeous little restaurant, and I find it's easily one of Rome's hidden gems.

As always, Layalina, is excellent. The most authentic Lebanese food in Rome. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
