Excellent food and cozy atmosphere

The service and food were okay, although my wife’s main course (the cannelloni) was pretty awful. In truth, the food was not anything that will last long in the memory. We had hoped for more: no one wants to leave an unsatisfactory review after eating out as the aim is to have a great time. The ambiance was also a bit flat, perhaps because it was a Sunday evening. That said, the staff might have tried to gee things up a bit. Instead, we had a pretty uninspiring welcome. Also, having been seated, it might have been nice to have been asked if we wanted a drink while we perused the menu. Finally, the meal arrived far too quickly: no sooner had the starter been taken away than the main meal arrived. We chose this restaurant on the basis of reviews on Trip Advisor: we had not the best advice, it seems.

Disappointed as went for Christmas Eve dinner, set menu which was fine, arrived and was told they were out of one of the two main dish options. I think if you have only two options on menu for dinner, how do you run out of one?! The foie gras starter was good, the small piece of greasy bread served with it was not. My sea bass was tasty, on a bed of mashed carrots/root veggies which I didn’t think was a good accompaniment for fish and I had been thinking about having the veal all day so fish was a let down all together. Chocolate mousse was very good. Wine list is small, but reasonably priced. I feel like it was a bad night, the waiter looked stressed each time he came away from the kitchen and the food didn’t match the reviews that I read which made me book this restaurant for our holiday dinner. Sadly, I will not go back to try again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. On TheFork, they advertised a 20% discount, but when I arrived, they told me the discount didn’t apply. There was no prior notice, and they only informed me after I had already ordered. It felt like a scam to lure customers in. The food was average at best, and the service was indifferent. Definitely wouldn’t recommend—dishonest business practices ruin the dining experience.

The best restaurant we've found in Paris this week. Unassuming from the front (may have walked straight past if hadn't found it on The Fork!) but a lovely cosy eatery with wonderful Corsican speciality food. Had the wild boar and lamb shank as mains. Waiter super friendly and chose a perfect wine to accompany. Good value with Fork discount Well done!

Great restaurant with outstanding service. The waiter (I think he was the owner of the restaurant) was great and told us everything about the menu. Awesome atmosphere, nice food - highly recommended!
