3.5/10What bothered me most was the attitude of one server who pressured me repeatedly, asking “Are you sure you don’t want to order anything else? Are you sure? Are you sure?”—at least five times. Then she threatened, “I’m gonna call my manager, are you sure sure?” I didn’t expect such pressure and threats in a place like this, and it ruined the whole experience. The dish I ordered was bland, lacking flavor. Ok, looked nice, but bland. Normally, I might have overlooked this because I like the place, but the server’s terrible attitude forced me to lower my rating for both food and service. Additionally, the staff kept fumbling around my table, giving me no space to relax. They repeatedly passed very close by on their way to the kitchen, showing little respect for personal space. It felt overcrowded, which shouldn’t happen in a high-class restaurant

We just had an amazing 2.5 hour lunch here. The food and team were superb. Arona, Pauline, Romane and Enzo all made it very fun and relaxed. They let us tour their many kitchens including the mill and ovens where they make their own bread from scratch and the chocolate room. They surprised us with the vanilla desert as well. Remarkable!

+7The food was delicious, of course, but the service was better than expected. The hospitality manners were incomparable to those of Le Taillevent, which I visited two days ago. The service was as refined as Le Cinque at the Four Seasons Hotel. I plan to visit again next time I come to Paris.

10/10We booked the table primarily for the poultry. Although the recipe is differed from the previous one, we still enjoy the dish. The skin was very impressive! The serves were excellent! We enjoyed our night over Epicure!

10/10Magnificent restaurant at Le Bristol in the heart of Paris. The food is truly spectacular; top quality ingredients, beautifully presented and very delicious. We had the 8 course tasting menu and enjoyed it very much. Service is warm, welcoming and professional. The dining room must be one of the most beautiful in Paris. Very elegant and very pleasant. This was our first visit but I can definitely give this restaurant my very best recommendation.
