6.5/10It was ok but not great. The pastas were good but not exceptional. The server missed one our groups entrees. Overall, I think you could do better.

10/10We had a great night and a really lovely dinner at LETTERA Trattoria. The service provided by Rafael was fantastic and the food which included appetizers as well as dinners were all wonderful. The wine list was great. We enjoyed both red and white wines, and the 10 of us went away extremely happy that we chose to have dinner here. The prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend.

5/10Ordered lasagna. It was more like nachos with meat and cheese. Very strange! When I asked if this was the correct dish they said it’s a modern lasagna. Not what I expected!

4.5/10I found the restaurant on trip advisor as I was looking for somewhere special to celebrate my mom's birthday while in Madrid. The food was ok and others enjoyed it more than I did. The hostess was very rude and dismissive and I almost wanted to remind her what her job is. Also even though I had a reservation, after our meal was done we were told that another couple was waiting and we had to leave. We were there for 1.5 hours which is half of the standard time of a Spanish dinner. This was utterly rude and disgusting. I don't recommend this place.

6.5/10While highly rated on Trip Advisor, unfortunately it failed to live up to expectations. The servers were non-plussed about our presence, showing neither excitement nor disdain, we seemed to be an afterthought. Unfortunately, the food was about the same. We enjoyed the parm wheel presentation, in that it was interesting to observe, though the preparer never spoke to us. The pasta was fine, good enough but not memorable. The wine was the same, as was the ambiance. Overall, it was an acceptable meal with fair service… nothing was late or cold, but those are the only compliments.

4.5/10The restaurant is nice, but is small and there is a lot of noise inside. Also, the waters were really rude: they were taking the order, we started with the drinks, we asked for an extra glass for the water, they left and didn't came back: neither with the glass or to finish taking our order; we had to ask someone else to help- the new waiter just purred rater over an orange juice. Also, there was a bigger table, with 6-7 people and they made so much noise that we could not hear each other.

10/10Was great Chef came out made a meal off- menu for my son Maximo. He loved it. Best meal in Spain he said 6 days in will be back when we come back! Cheers

5/10We arrived just as they opened and they were too few people to attend everyone. We had a table next to the door and the queue was in the way to get in touch with the staff. The carbonara and lasagne we had was overpriced and it was quite disappointing after having read the good reviews.

10/10We had three different pastas and all of them were delicious. Sizes were big enough and desserts very big. Excellent service and nice ambience.

5/10The kitchen closed at 17:00 and the reservation was at 16:30 and we didn’t know about that. The service was terrible because all are waiting to go and we are just eating fast.

7/10The linguini with prawn was very good and the d.o.p that they did in the big parmegiano was also nice but was a bit tasteless, I had to ask for salt. The music was 10/10 but very low. Servant was very stressed which made the overall experience a little worse.. but still did the job so one more in staff downstairs would be good, we didn’t get spoons and stuff for everyone and same with the shots. Super nice location, good wine and also drinks (aperol spritz). Would recommend! Maybe don’t take the d.o.p pasta, not worth it at all except the show when they put it in the cheese.

8.5/10Staff was very attentive. Menu was quite varied. I had the Gnocchi with Pesto which was quite good. Only downside for me was sitting at a bar stool at the window - not their fault so I would rate them as excellent overall.
