6/10No service at all. Nobody even asked us if we want to drink

3/10We had a confirmed booking, but the staff didn’t greet us professionally. They also didn’t provide us with information about the menu or pricing. When we asked for the bill, we were surprised to see the price per plate, which we had assumed was an open dinner per person. Additionally, there were no discounts offered, unlike what we had been informed about during our booking, where a 30% discount was mentioned.

5/10This is below average Japanese food, is way more expensive than most of the restaurants but with a poor quality on food, I guess they charge you because of the "trendy concept". Not worth it! I won't come back & I do not recomend it.

6/10Very nice space and concept. The service is amazing and everyone very welcoming. Unfortunately we did not experience it to the fullest as the food was exposed and people were coughing and breathing in a distance of a few centimeters from it. We tried a few dishes that were prepared and placed right away on the isle but still would have loved to try more. Having tried this type of restaurant in Japan, I really appreciated all the dishes being protected in cases while moving around tables and hope to see this in Paris too.

6/10Service was really bad. I understand they might be understaffed or anything but they really don’t care about your experience. It’s not that cheap also. There was a waitress/maybe the supervisor that was really rude not even looking at you when you talk to her. We ordered by scanning the QR code special items, after 45 minutes of begging all the waiters to look why it didn’t arrive, we just decided to leave, still hungry. Food was ok, some really good and some mid.

8/10Very pretty decoration, love the fact that you get to choose plates infront of you. Service was kinda slow but it wasn’t the waiters fault, the restaurant was just saturated, therefore some complaints regarding time reservations not being respected!

5.5/10It seem that Matsuri Bac spent more time on the interior/concept space rather than the food they serve. I found that the rice was hard and dry on most of the “sushi” (if that’s what they call them)...just like the nori and sesame most wrapped with felt too thick and hard. Most of the “sushi” have mayonnaise on them so you won’t taste any of the fish…let alone the freshness. Great space, great staffs…..but I’ll go somewhere for the food.
