Food was delicious- tried the Florentine steak and wild boar ragu. Staff were very helpful and friendly - they asked what weight of steak you would like and showed you the meat and told you the weight before cooking. Our waiter was lovely and welcoming, atmosphere was relaxed. Food and wine choice excellent and reasonably priced. Would highly recommended visiting this restaurant whilst in Florence

Open concept restaurant where you could see the chefs cooking. Vibrant atmosphere. Delicious food. Cake for the pasta, stayed for the cheesecake. Would go back. Thanks!

Service was perfect. Food was perfect. Had tomato mozzarella salad and then pasta bolognese . Both excellent. I will be going back tomorrow.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness. The restaurant and the food was top tier. My primo and secondi was delicious! The paperdelle with wild boar ragu was excellent- I could have wanted another serving but got the ossobuco with porcini mushrooms which was equally exquisite. The staff were very attentive. It was my birthday and totally forgot about it as I booked this dinner weeks ago. But they remembered, sang me a birthday song and gave me the loveliest tiramisu and limoncello. Thank you Matto Matto team. Will definitely come back not alone next time I visit Firenze again. Thank you for making my day extra special.
