Wait staff was nice, wine was excellent, as was the food. Vegetarian options were available. I would definitely eat there again. Taking the elevator to the restroom was interesting.

The service was great and the steaks were amazing!

The bistecca Fiorentina was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this one. The salad was just ok. The glass of red wine was also nice. The service was there to help you with anything you may need. The strange thing was the WC experience as there is a very old elevator through which you can access the bath.

Ambience, quality of food and service were excellent. Portion sizes were just right for us, not overwhelming with too large of portions. Tagliatelle pasta bolognese Was excellent. Service was attentive. Great vibe and wine selection. We asked our server for desert recommendations- strawberry cheesecake was amazing- light, fluffy and delicious. Overall a wonderful location from our hotel, great food and service. We would definitely return.

The ambience was perfect for our last night in Florence. We felt like we finally received true Italian hospitality at our dinner. There was no rush at all, so we stayed over 3 hours without any issues at all despite not ordering too much in the end. Only thing we noticed was the florentine steak was better seasoned and a bigger size when we got it at the most famous restaurant in Florence for this dish when we dined there a few days ago. Other than that, it was nearly a perfect dinner!

What a wonderful restaurant! The food was amazing - the pappardelle was delicious, the filets and steaks were among the best we have had. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, and the entire staff was welcoming and efficient. I am so glad we had dinner here - made our first evening in Florence very memorable!

Unfortunately, they do not serve pizzas any longer (this is the reason that we visited the restaurant). We ended up ordering different plates; portions were very small and expensive. We were disappointed.
Osteria Caffè ItalianoSorry but we never serve pizza ok the Fork! If you feel It was expensive for you why you stay and eat! We understand that Is not for everyone! But to put a bad review because we do not serve pizza It Is not right

Perfect evening. Our 1st dinner was wonderful. Every item was delicious Don’t hesitate to enjoy it

Food was not special (absolutely testless tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella - how it’s possible, not clue), pasta is over salted. Plus finally to the bill the wine was included more expensive than ordered. Building is nice
