We were given the English menu which wad basic compared to the Italian menu. The most disappointing bit is even though I am Italian but English speaking they insisted we had the English menu. They said no cocktails even though a table near us had them. The main server/manager was rude and did not pay us any attention, he only engaged with one table that was French or possibly a local. We could’ve had a good evening there and spent money if they had made up feel comfortable. Instead we only ordered a main and went elsewhere.

Very poor experience. Taking into account Google rating which says 4.8, this restaurant is no more than 4.2. Yesterday was full of chaos. Short of staff on the 14th in Paris? Cmon. We made a reservation and came from a different country. We had a 15 years anniversary, mentioned in comment, but obviously nobody cared about it. They did not have the wine which we ordered, the food arrived and we still did not have our drinks, the secondi came and they could not bring cutlery for my wife, no water which we ordered, no music in the restaurant, no attention from the staff just running in chaos. On such a special day if you are taking reservations, you should be prepared better and not running a business like a headless chicken. Sad experience and average food, overcooked, undercooked.

The owner was very kind and did everything to make us feel special. The only thing to say was the starter. We ordered a carpaccio of beef and on the menu it says “with cherry tomatoes, and grana padano”. We ended up with pickles onions and carrots on it but no grana padano which killed our carpaccio. The pasta was good though.
