4.5/10I am writing to express my disappointment with our experience on Valentine’s Day. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, we waited 70 minutes for our table. To make matters worse, at least three groups who arrived after us were seated before us due to staff errors. We even had to argue with other guests and the staff to prove that we arrived first. When asked for the complaints book they tried to convince us not to. To make it worse, initially they offered a discount as compensation, but once we mentioned the complaints book they retracted the discount. They showed no care about what we experienced and were solely concerned about not having a complaint on the book. I hope you address these issues to prevent future occurrences.

9/10The place is cute, staff is nice. There was no music in the restaurant which for me was a slightly disappointing. Also, the staff sometimes missed the orders but since we paid as a buffet, there was no problem with that.

10/10Being fans of KBBQ, we had to try this spot in Lisbon. First off, they had a proper charcoal grill (compared to the electric and gas ones we’re accustomed to seeing) which was fantastic. The service was phenomenal and extremely courteous, probably the best of any KBBQ we’ve been to (even at home). 10/10 highly recommended this place to KBBQ lovers.

7/10The food was good, serving portions are good enough, the servers also are very nice and kind. However their delivery of food is not fast enough and every order takes really long. But otherwise price wise and the food itself is good.

8.5/10All you can eat Korean Barbecue style at a decent price. The food itself its not as good as some other places specially some types of meat but this place shines a lot on its service, sympathy, price and some specific dishes that are so delicious, its a must go place with your friends or even family. We went there with 4 people and a baby and we had a couple of beers and sodas and paid 111 euros for 4 people. I had an amazing experience and the staff was very chill, polite and friendly.

2/10The experience had been positive until after I was halfway through my meal, I found a small cockroach on my plate, inside the seasonings they put. I felt very disgusted and called the waitress, her reaction was of surprise and she only suggested that I change my plate. After that another waiter came with a new plate and explained to me that at night things are “not well covered” and possibly the cockroach had entered during the night. They did not apologize and did not give any kind of discount. Very bad experience and bad management of the situation. I do not recommend it. Some inspection center should visit the place.

6.5/10Fork discount was for a menu that was not given to us. It’s a pity they do this trick because the food was very good.

Thank for your compliment but the thing is we have two menu one is al carte and the another is individual one 30% is applied only in individual menu . Especially your reservation did not had discount on Thefork.
