Impecable food, service, everything. Worth the lot of the 2 stars they have. Great work from them, everybody from the staff was really involved in making our experience memorable. Also, the restaurant itself is quite the gem, small, secluded, room for only 26 guests (private area included). The bonus, you can see the chefs at work, right in front of you, the kitchen is fully open.

Every so often, you come across a restaurant that doesn’t just serve food but orchestrates an entire experience—one that lingers in your mind long after the final bite. Ristorante Verso Capitaneo is one such place, a temple of gastronomy where precision meets passion, where every dish is a controlled explosion of flavor, and where the experience transcends the traditional boundaries of dining. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I could sense that this was no ordinary establishment. The space itself exuded a contemporary yet intimate charm—minimalist, sleek, and designed with purpose. The open kitchen concept immediately caught my attention. Rather than simply being a passive observer waiting for my meal to arrive, I felt immersed in the very process that brought each plate to life. The chefs worked with the precision of artists, their movements deliberate, their focus unwavering.
