Delicious meal , I strongly recommend this authentic Indian restaurant

We ordered the mixed om shiva starter, chicken tikka biryani and a chicken tikka masala Bhuna. The food was delicious, served promptly and we were asked how spicy we wanted the sauce in the curry. This was a great touch as I like some spice but my wife prefers a more mellow palate and this meant we could please both. The staff were friendly and attentive and the wine was also good. This place should be packed out every single night with the amazing taste of the food and fantastic and friendly staff. Please visit and enjoy yourselves.

We ate at two different Dishoom locations in London, and while popular and tasty, their dishes tend to be over-spiced/ flavored. Here in Paris at Om Shiva we could taste all the subtle flavors in the sweet and tender Tikka Masala to the spicier Agneau Balti and the delicate, balanced Saag Aloo. Truly an amazingly delicious presentation of Indian cuisine. Oh, and the value; simply: WOW!

I used to work just around the corner, so when I returned to Paris as a tourist I couldn’t wait to bring my friends to Om Shiva—and it was every bit as wonderful as I remembered. One friend had never tried Indian cuisine before, and she was genuinely amazed by the depth of flavor and overall quality. We shared a variety of dishes along with both cheese and garlic naan, but the star of the evening was the mattar pilaf rice—perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for warm service, fragrant spices, and consistently excellent food, Om Shiva is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Om Shiva is the best Indian restaurant we've been to in Paris . The chicken dhansak, vegetable balti, cheese naan and basmati rice were terrific, as well as the staff who were kind and attentive. We had a very enjoyable lunch, and we hope to return the next time we're in Paris.

Very friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The food was great (considering we're from London where we have great Indian food/restaurants). Would definitely go back next time we're in Paris
