I recently made a reservation at this restaurant using TheFork app, attracted by the advertised discount and promising reviews. My reservation was confirmed in the app without any issues. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, they informed us that they no longer work with TheFork and couldn’t honor the reservation or the discount. The experience was disappointing, to say the least. If they aren’t working with TheFork anymore, they should make sure to remove their listing or disable bookings through the app. It felt like a tactic to attract customers with a promised discount, only to turn around and deny it once people arrived. Misleading and frustrating.
