+3We had a delicious meal , we reserved for New Year’s Eve, the restaurant had a set menu which was very good. The taste was delicious and the preparation excellent!! If I go back to Verona a definite stop to eat.🥂

10/10What an incredible place! Food was EXCEPTIONAL, service INCREDIBLE, views of ponte pietra SPECTACULAR. Our server was just amazing—great recommendations for wine pairings. Setting was intimate on terrace. Cannot think of a better way to cap off our time in Verona.

We chose Ponte Pietra with high expectations, drawn by its Michelin star and beautiful riverside location. The view from the balcony was indeed lovely, but the dining experience fell far short of what one would expect at this level. The main dish was unevenly cooked, and the quality of the meat disappointing compared to even modest trattorias we had visited in Italy. The tiramisu, a dessert we had looked forward to, was sadly the worst we tasted during our trip. More disheartening than the food, however, was the service. At the beginning we were told we could enjoy our table until closing, yet even before dessert arrived, the bill was placed on the table and we were asked to leave within ten minutes, despite the restaurant being far from full. This abruptness left us feeling rushed and unwelcome, which is the opposite of the warmth and care we experienced elsewhere in Italy. Overall, the evening was a disappointment, especially given the restaurant’s reputation.

10/10The second time for me at this wonderful restaurant. The first was with a crowd of girls when it was hammering down with rain outside. A great evening. This lost time was with my husband, it was a glorious evening and we were able to sit on the romantic little tables overlooking the river. The roar of the river drowned out other conversations although we could hear each other perfectly. Leonardo, the matrix, recommended us a fabulous bottle of wine that was one of the cheapest on the menu which was impressive. The food was divine, the service excellent. The price was reflective of the quality-so expensive, but worth it.

10/10Wonderful venue and food. The perfect place to spend my husbands birthday celebration. I would however avoid letting the waiter choose your wine without checking the price first. Just a word of warning.

10/10We had dinner here on our second night in Verona and it was superb. The food was excellent and some of the best we have had for a while. My wife had fish and I had the Iberico pork wellington, very tasty. The restaurant is very cosy and had a charming feel to it. The staff were great, unfortunately they made a mistake with our wine, they served it to another table but they informed us straight way and gave us another bottle of excellent Soave on the house. Would highly recommend.

9.5/10The experience was amazing overall! We were in two, we had a second dish, a glass of wine and a dessert each and spent 120€ in total. The food and the ambience were definitely something special. Although so special, I personally think the price might have been slightly lower and I noticed some sort of strange reluctance on using TheFork to accept the payment. Very small notes compared to how warm and peculiar the place is and how remarkable the execution of the dishes!

We thought it was a Michelin star restaurant, but it was not they told us there. Really small tables outside this cute balcony over the river, great, but really small. Cold also and they did not have blankets. The food prepared buy Michelin stared chef was ok, some was exciting some not. I would not go back because of the seats. Staff was ok, I have had better service on other restaurants in Italy.

Dear Sir, if you want to eat near the 2100 year old Roman bridge, you have to settle for uncomfortable tables like thousands of people before you, but with a unique view of Roman monuments and the view of Castel San Pietra and the surrounding hills. Accept it, we cannot change anything we offer. gianni
