Amazing quality of the food as well as the imaginative nature of it. Bigne of baccala mantecato with vanilla and cocoa sounded strange but was truly amazing. The fish soup was wonderful

The dishes served that day were way too salty, and the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. It was a waiter in a red vest who served us. Because of this, I could barely finish half of my pasta and had to stop eating—it tasted terrible.

Di terribile c’è stato soltanto il vostro atteggiamento visto che sia le paste che vi abbiamo servito che i secondi li avete finiti. Quindi quando scrivete una recensione cercate di essere obbiettivi e non dire inesattezze. Tra l’altro avevate fretta di mangiare e vi abbiamo servito i primi e successivamente il secondo in meno di 40 min dato che siete arrivati alle 12.40 e alle 13.15 siete andati via. Siete stati ripresi perché avete avuto l’arroganza di venire in cucina per due volte nel giro di 10 min per vedere a che punto era la preparazione dei piatti. Cerchiamo sempre di accontentare i clienti in qualsiasi circostanza ma la maleducazione e l’arroganza non sono giustificabili. Quindi la prossima volta prima di andare in qualsiasi altro ristorante abbiate rispetto per chi lavora oppure cercatevi un fast food.

We went with a party of 8, so plenty of potential for delay and error but there wer zero issues. Wine was great. Waiter great. Good great. Literally zero complaints. The best meal we had in Rome hands down. Don’t miss Porto Quadro! And make a reservation. ❤️

Small but innovative menu well prepared. All dishes were delicious. The restaurant is decorated in a contemporary style, but was stuffy and needs some ventilation. It smelled a bit fishy inside. Otherwise, a wonderful dinner.

Outstanding seafood, definitely get the 10 course dinner. The service was outstanding, i would give the restaurant a 10/10 ranking. Great white wine list, limited red wine list

We had the 10 course, tasted most of the menu, which is what we wanted Creative and tasty dishes one or 2 a bit salty, but mostly good with innovative ingredient paring, price on the hi side, not busy on the night that we visited. Service was excellent.
