The service was very poor. Slow. The menu was extremely limited, and not in a good way. The restaurant itself was not a restaurant but an event space within the hotel that has been very poorly repurposed into a cash grab restaurant with “views” of Mt Etna through emergency doors, not windows. The lighting felt like I was in a dentist’s chair. Just a poor experience for what we were hoping would be a nice alternative to Le Grand Bleu. 3 stars was inaccurate. 1 at best.
