4/10Writing a negative review for a restaurant I have visited more than five times is genuinely upsetting. This place used to be one I trusted and recommended. For that reason, staying silent after this experience would feel dishonest. This visit took place on January 1st, with three people dining. We ordered Ceviche Misto, Tempura de Calamar, Anticuchos, and Arroz con Mariscos. Unfortunately, the overall quality was clearly and consistently below my previous experiences. The Tempura de Calamar was excessively oily, with an overly thick batter and only calamari rings, making it particularly disappointing. The Arroz con Mariscos, which I have ordered five times before, appeared reduced to roughly 60% of its former portion, with rice that was firm and poorly integrated with the seafood. The Ceviche Misto had an acceptable sauce but seemed to be missing octopus, which had been included in earlier versions, and the portion was noticeably smaller. Anticuchos also failed to meet past standard.

10/10Yea another fantastic dinner. The people/ servers - amazing, thank you! Just the right amount of warmth and of course the food is to die for! Enough said, it’s my favourite restaurant in Florence and it’s great to be back again as it feels like comfort/home. There was no kids and dogs so it feels exclusive if you need a break. Love that it still maintains unpretentious vibe but still upmarket - a balance, which most restaurants can’t do but Sevi does it so well.

10/10The best restaurant in Florence. A mention in the Michelin is due. Food is consistently cooked to perfection, genuine service from the heart. Love this place and thanks again for a lovely evening. Please do not change - perfect the way you are.

Everything was spectacular. Everyone in my family ordered something different and all of the food was so delicious. The cocktails were amazing as well. And finally the service was so kind and attentive, you can tell they are very proud of their restaurant and want everyone to have the best experience possible. Worth the trip outside the city center, will definitely be coming back!

10/10One of our favorite restaurants in Florence, if it was closer to the center, I would be eaten there everyday! Had one of the most delicious cocktails and of course their ceviche is to die for!!
