Small beautiful restaurant where you can have an authentic food experience. Valentino, owner of the restaurant will explain with passion and professionalism all the dishes to assure a full immersion food experience. Nice wine selection too

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Fusion Sushi Lab & Lounge Bar. The host was welcoming and took time to explain the items on the menu. The offerings are not extensive but the variety is more than enough to satisfy. We sampled the 4 rolls offered and found them to be both unique and delicious. After spending over 5 weeks in Tuscany, we found our meal to be a nice break from standard Tuscan fare. We highly reccomend the Fusion Sushi Lab & Lounge Bar.
