When we arrived here the maitre d' was not best pleased, grumbling something about having no booking and The Fork being 'closed'. However, he gave us a great table right by the lawn and we were then treated to a fabulous meal. The seafood here is outstanding. Prawns and langoustine the size of lobsters and delicious both bbqd or cold. The amount of salad and fruit garnish was astounding and the tuna tartare gentle and served with a toothsome pistachio vinaigrette.

Lovely meals. Perfect service. Chef in the kitchen should be a bit more hospitable . Price is very right in this restaurant. Must do when in pisa.
