Vaca Loca is my favorite steakhouse in Rome. You're able to select your cuts of meat and determine the thickness of your steak. It's then cooked to the desired temperature in a brick oven. The setting can't be beat (I love the outdoors patio when warm outside) and the service is super friendly. I look forward to frequenting every year when in Rome for business.

Large restaurant with accommodating space indoors and out with a steakhouse atmosphere. The filet mignon was the most tender piece of steak I’ve had in a long time and the carciofo romano was just as delicious. Glad to see that Vaca Loca is still opened (they moved to the space next door) but it’s a different vibe (which I prefer).
