This was our first visit to Bologna and stumbled across this gem. It is friendly, local and delightful. The food was amazing and has set the bar quite high for tagliatelle Bolognese. Delicious!

We had a wonderful first meal in Bologna at Baracca e Burratini. The food was fabulous, the service was friendly. The house wine was great and a great value. The location was on a quieter street in town. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience, very recommended! The dishes are original and very tasty. Portions are quite big. Try to keep some space for the desert.

I've had fresh pasta many times and this was VERY AVERAGE. In fact the Bolognese sauce was terrible, dry and little flavour. The tomato sauce was ok but nothing special and the tortellini were mixed with too many flavours so I didn't enjoy it. Quite expensive considering we only had pasta dishes, water and one starter. Won't be going back again.

The restaurant is very nice! the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. We ordered tagliatelle with ragu, which was very tasty; excellent beef steak with pepper (really dealicious) and desserts- pistachio cheesecake and chocolate one- very good! Nice spot????

The food was very delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. The menu is not comprehensive with a lot of different food but mostly traditional/local plates which was what we were looking for.

Small restaurant, not far from the city centre. It seems to be really popular, as - when we visited - it was full with several people more waiting to be seated. We tried most of its pasta dishes and all were excellent. Their house wine was also really good. Despite being very busy, the staff was polite and friendly. Overall, a very good experience.

Delicious food and great service! The vegetarian(!) secondi with eggplant was amazing. We also wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on the delicious desserts! Highly recommended!

Medium-sized, cosy place with very friendly staff and excellent dishes at good prices! We were there with friends and everything we had was great. If I had to choose, I would say that the Tortelloni fritti are strongly recommended and so are the Balanzoni with ricotta, mortadella and mint!
