We came for the bibimbap and the food was fresh, well-prepared and tasty. It wasn't quite the bibimbap we were expecting though, more of a hot rice bowl. The rice is in a ball so you must spread it yourself to get it to make contact with the hot bowl, which will then give you that delightful crispy texture. The vegetables are fresh, but not the traditional ones; that might be just a matter of availability and local preference. We also didn't get the usual bibimbap sauce (gochujang based) so the bowl itself was a little plain without it. Altogether a healthy fresh meal but not quite the bibimbap we know.
