The food was incredible, but what really made this evening special were the staff. We stopped in for an early dinner before heading to one of the evening Winter Olympic events. We got there just when they opened for the evening, so the restaurant was pretty empty, but the staff was very welcoming and took the time to tell us all about the Marche region where all of their food is sourced from and inspired from. We ordered a few different items to try, but my personal favorite was the stuffed Crescia Ariccia, which is a Brescia Maceratese stuffed with Porchetta di Ariccia, roasted potato cream and truffle honey. I've had dreams about that Crescia!
