We liked it so much we went back again. The meat counter is excellent.. the meatballs are delicious.. the sausage pasta is absolutely perfect. We had these dishes both times. The steak with parmesan and rocket was cooked to perfection. BBQ Chicken wings were moist. The bombettes were great. Homemade tiramisu top notch. Great house wine. What made it for us was also the service and the very friendly people running the place. They made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. The homemade aperitif packs a punch and was an excellent way to end the meal. Thank you so much.

As good as last night, my visit back there tonight benefitted from kind service of the chef lady's daughter, who provided me with much information about the local cuisine. I highly recommend this place, as it is really friendly and casual.

Tge restaurant has a very wam ambiance and offers great food/service. Home made tiramisu is the best in our Southern Italy trip. We went there two consecutive nights and love the restaurant so much. Very reasonable price too.

Our service was TERRIBLE! My wife ordered a dish just to find 10 minutes later - "we no longer have that".. she made a second choice. I order a cut steak and potatoes. My wife's entree arrives before the antipasto. Then antipasto arrives.. and my potatoes fresh out of the refrigerator! They were prompting taken away and returned - fresh out of the microwave. Still no steak. My wife finished her meal... still no steak. At this point I've had enough. We walked to counter to pay and the look was like "what's the problem?" I explained (firmly) offered to pay for what was consumed. We did not pay ... just a terrible experience.

Great butcher shop restaurant! We have been to a few in Italy and this one was high on the list for quality and value for money! We chose our own steak and had spicy sausage and pork parcels as well with a serve of chips all washed down with a fabulous litre of house wine. Our bill was under 40 Euro...how good is that. Highly recommend.
