10/10We are in Florence for the month of May. That is important because in the beginning of May artichokes are in season and at month’s end porcini mushrooms are. Casa Paloma’s proprietor and chef know this and they will bring to your table the raw ones to inspect. “The artichokes are small now, but these porcini’s just came in and they are beautiful.” We ordered the pasta with porcini’s - obviously - and it was fantastic. Also great - the chicken in a cream/mustard sauce, asparagus with lemon/butter, linguini a la vongole, roasted potatoes. If you are in the Le Cure area, Casa Paloma is THE BEST restaurant and the proprietors Georgia and Jocopo are over the top welcoming and accommodating. Make a reservation on The Fork app now. Jay

10/10Had one of e best filets with truffle I’ve ever had: cooked to perfection, beautifully tender and accompanied by a generous overlay of freshly shaved truffle. The sides were large enough to be mains. The service was on point, friendly and efficient, the space beautiful, the music selection also great and at the right volume. The owner came a couple of times to check on everything. It was a pleasure. I will be happy to come back again.

10/10The restaurant is very well thought out. Low lighting and very nice inside. Staff were very professional and kind and spoke perfect English. Manager very welcoming and nice touch with welcome drink. Food absolutely wonderful. New owners - well done . Price good for what you get- wine a little pricey. Will definitely be back.😎
