I’ve been in every high end restaurant worthed its name, and I can tell you beyond any doubt this is not one. We arrived late, a bit late, but still definitely within the allowed time. We’ve been checked compulsively to be done with every course, the lady hasn’t been accomodated and has been rejected by a waiter to take a picture while opening the wine, awkwardly. We tried so many times to collect some staff’s attention in order to get the bill and leave, I had to stand up and reach the cash and pay right away going out. Some staff doesn’t speak English and have only basic knowledge of the property they work at. Speaking of it it’s a nice villa “well” kept with a good view on the most beautiful city of the world, but there is so much better in terms of property itself and the view… if you really want to experience what Florence has the best to offer go to Four Seasons or Villa San Michele you will thank me hundred times.
