Segno by Empireo delivers a multi-course masterpiece From the moment we stepped into Segno by Empireo it was clear we were in for a special evening. The dining room has a sophisticated yet comfortable feel, but the true brilliance of the night came from two sources: the incredible multi-course menu and the genuinely outstanding service from our server, Sara. The menu was a journey of flavors and textures, expertly paced and beautifully presented. Each of the courses was a thoughtful surprise, demonstrating the chef's passion and skill. And then there was Sara. She was a master of her craft—attentive without being intrusive, and so knowledgeable about every dish and wine pairing. She made us feel like we werevhonored guests in her own home, not just patrons in a restaurant. We highly recommend dining at this restaurant. Don’t miss it while in Florence.

This elegant restaurant was a phenomenal culinary experience. Chef Dario’s creativity spinning traditional Tuscan food in to an interesting and beautiful palate pleasing dinner, was so impressive. Don’t let the fact that the restaurant is inside a hotel scare you from dining here. The price for the 5 course tasting menu was incredibly valuable for the quality and presentation. (€75). You can also order ala carte. Our server worked with the kitchen to pair the perfect wine selections with our meal that complimented each dish perfectly. The restaurant decor was elegant but not stuffy…a refreshing contrast from the typical Tuscan trattoria. We can’t wait to return with our friends to try more of the tasty menu. I highly recommend you try it.
