10/10Service was excellent! Shrimp tartare was delicious and super fresh. Pasta with octopus was the most delicious pasta I’ve had in my life along with the pistachio sea bass. High recommend!

9/10The restaurant is small, only 6 or 7 tables, so that surprised us, but the experience was ultimately excellent. The lobster pasta was one of the most delicious pastas I've ever eaten. I appreciate the pasta noodles were not overly all dente, done perfectly.

10/10What more can you say about a restaurant you go to 2 nights in a row when visiting Rome? The wine suggestions were excellent complimenting the perfect and attentive service and the food was amazing! Just go!

10/10Extraordinary tasting experience! We came with family and friend. We had salmon carpaccio, tuna tartare, fried chopped assorted fish, pan seared tuna, king crab pasta, shrimp pasta and lobster pasta, all tasted amazing and delicious, This is a grand new dining experience, all taste new to palate but all absolutely great. Highly recommended if u tired of steak and red wines and look for refreshing seafood like us! Don’t make me wrong, we love Italian steak but it’s time to seafood after days of red meat.

5.5/10This little restaurant was just around the corner from our hotel. I really enjoyed the octopus starter but was let down by the lobster pasta main. There was little more than lobster flakes in the pasta. For the price I would have expected more.

4/10Only one server spread thin. Starters were ok, octopus is not bad. We were lied to about the fried fish mixture as it didn't come with prawns but this was denied by the server afterwards. Mains were really not good, seabass is dry and we were told it comes with mixed veg but it came with 3 pieces of herb. When we told them about it, the server went to the chef and we then see the server leave the restaurant and come back with one bunch of lettuce and few minutes later it's chopped up, thrown in a plate and drizzled with oil. And as an "apology" we get a bigger plate of lettuce, very funny. The sea urchin spaghetti was very bland.

CONFORTEVOLE - Il Ristorante Valerio (ristorante di pesce) sorge nel centro di Roma, nei pressi del Palazzo della Consulta. L'ambiente della struttura è molto accogliente, arredato con semplicità e sobria eleganza e l'atmosfera è sempre tranquilla e molto rilassata. LA PROPOSTA - Il locale propone un menù dove a prevalere sono le rivisitazioni delle ricette di pesce. In cucina vengono impiegate esclusivamente materie prime d'eccellenza, sempre fresche e genuine. DA PROVARE - Consigliati assolutamente i tagliolini con gambero rosso di Mazara e il suo caviale, lo spaghettone di Gragnano ai ricci di mare, la tartare di tonno rosse con gel di peperoncino e burrata liquida.
