I can understand a certain degree of confusion, yet misplacing a simple beer — only to have it mysteriously reappear on the receipt — and serving the second appetizer just moments after the first leaves a bitter aftertaste. Before us, a family who had arrived on time waited in vain and eventually left without ever being served. The portions of the main courses were fair and well-balanced, but the appetizers, so modest as to seem almost shy, do little to justify the price.

Seated inside just in front of the bar, the door open so that the smell of cigarette smoke was very unpleasant. Service was just so-so. Food was good enough, but overall, not a good experience and I know there are much better places to eat in Rome!

Terrible service. We made reservations for 2. When we went to check in we were told to wait 2 minutes. The staff completely ignored us and we watched random people skip us and sit in open seats. The staff never acknowledged us we left for another restaurant that was friendly and sat us right away.

Amazing food, quite poor service. We had a drinks voucher from our hotel - we never got the drinks. Main took ages to arrive, and when it did we were essentially forgotten. We would’ve had dessert and coffee but we were ignored for so long we got the bill. And waiter didn’t even come to table for us to pay, we had to go inside.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed an excellent experience. The staff was attentive and answered all our questions. The dishes were delicious and a clear step above many of the other pasta dishes we had had in the area.
