10/10Wonderful food, setting and service. I was fortunate to be able to dine at the restaurant . Each course had an artful presentation in addition to being quite scrumptious. The ambiance, lighting and background music are all conducive to conversation. It is definitely worthy of its Michelin star!

10/10This is my first Michelin one-star restaurant. I can't speak French, so the staff responded in English and it was good because the explanation of the food was detailed. The taste itself was familiar and unfamiliar. It's a food worth trying.

10/10The service and the main experience was amazing. One thing I must say is that the bread and butter needs improvement. Bread was stale and tasteless and butter was served too cold so it was hard to spread.

6/10While the food was good and the service was decent, our group of 3 was seated right by the kitchen which was excruciatingly hot. Despite our asking for the air conditioning twice, it remained extremely hot the entire time. We sweated down while trying to enjoy our nearly $800.00 dinner. My 91 year old mother nearly fainted in this heat and her face was red and blushed. This entire dining experience was RUINED by this extremely hot dining room where we were seated. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT AS THEIR DINING ROOM WAS UNBEARABLY HOT. This was the most miserable experience I have ever had in a fine dining establishment. NEVER AGAIN. There are so many other fine dining options in Paris so you should AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. IT WAS HORRIBLE. AND FOR $800.00, IT WAS INSANE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

10/10This one-star restaurant is priced moderately above other venues in the area but the experience is way above - on par with its Michelin star. Compared with other restaurants in the same league, Contraste stands out for its ability to record patrons' habits and preferences : my two guests of today were smitten by how well the team seemes to know them - even though they had only been there only once (with me). Congrats to the chef for the inventiveness of the menu and to the service team for the friendly and personalised relationship.

We had the multicourse tasting menu. The color, texture, taste, and presentation of each dish was well done. The mushroom dish reminds me of a Van Gogh painting. Service was attentive and friendly. The pace of the meal seemed just right. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for showcasing a tourist the French cuisine.

8.5/10We were for dinner, Dishes are well prepared, Ingredients fresh and taste of the vegetables and the lamb perfect and the chocolate wonderfully mixed with gingerbread. The only part what was not to out taste was the use of too much vinegear in some of the dishes that made it too sour.

Gorgeous artistic presentation, extraordinary range of flavours and textures, and novel (to us) presentation of flavours from the Pyrenees. Incredible that this new team is delivering such a complex menu so beautifully already in their short tenure together! No complaints whatsoever.
