6/10While the food was good and the service was decent, our group of 3 was seated right by the kitchen which was excruciatingly hot. Despite our asking for the air conditioning twice, it remained extremely hot the entire time. We sweated down while trying to enjoy our nearly $800.00 dinner. My 91 year old mother nearly fainted in this heat and her face was red and blushed. This entire dining experience was RUINED by this extremely hot dining room where we were seated. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT AS THEIR DINING ROOM WAS UNBEARABLY HOT. This was the most miserable experience I have ever had in a fine dining establishment. NEVER AGAIN. There are so many other fine dining options in Paris so you should AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. IT WAS HORRIBLE. AND FOR $800.00, IT WAS INSANE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

10/10This one-star restaurant is priced moderately above other venues in the area but the experience is way above - on par with its Michelin star. Compared with other restaurants in the same league, Contraste stands out for its ability to record patrons' habits and preferences : my two guests of today were smitten by how well the team seemes to know them - even though they had only been there only once (with me). Congrats to the chef for the inventiveness of the menu and to the service team for the friendly and personalised relationship.

10/10We had the multicourse tasting menu. The color, texture, taste, and presentation of each dish was well done. The mushroom dish reminds me of a Van Gogh painting. Service was attentive and friendly. The pace of the meal seemed just right. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for showcasing a tourist the French cuisine.

8.5/10We were for dinner, Dishes are well prepared, Ingredients fresh and taste of the vegetables and the lamb perfect and the chocolate wonderfully mixed with gingerbread. The only part what was not to out taste was the use of too much vinegear in some of the dishes that made it too sour.

8/10The food was good, but not what they promised on the Web. But: I was really looking forward to enjoying the menu with wine pairing, which has been on their Web pages for weeks. Then, when I arrived, there was no wine pairing - just rather expensive wine bottlles and only few options of wine by the glass. The wine pairing is not only on the Web pages of the restaurant, but also on the Web pages of thefork.com

6/10I was particularly taken aback by the behavior of a Korean staff. This is the following concerns during my visit: 1. Dishes were removed from the table without any prior request or communication. 2. Leaving food items without any explanation. 3. Regarding dessert, I was not informed that additional petit desserts would be served alongside the main dessert. When I inquired about the receipt, the server merely nodded, failing to clarify that more items were forthcoming. 4. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt from him. 5. I also observed that the server repeatedly brushed his hair with his bare hands while attending to the table, which I found to be unhygienic. 6. Notably, the table right next to me received accurate and attentive service, further highlighting the disparity. I strongly believe that his absence would provide a better experience for Korean customers. such behavior may stem from a lack of professionalism or any racism.
