After singing in La Madeleine a large group went to the restaurant. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive and helpful. Drinks arrived swiftly and the food was very good. A very good experience.

Hands down THE absolute best onion soup in Paris. I will dream of this soup every time someone makes mention of French onion soup. The broth was light and flavorful without being overly beefy or too much sherry and the crouton with melted cheese sitting on the top of the crock and not sopping in the broth disintegrating was a revelation. Se Magnifique!!!

We booked for 16 person and came in short due to illnes and so on. Short before I gave notice that we will only be 12 and it worked perfectly fine. Service and food was ZBT - gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was just right about this restaurant. It is not the cheapest in the area but definitely an example of getting what you pay for. The service was excellent, the menu choices superb and the food and wine we ordered was sublime. The setting and décor are also very pleasant

We were given a table on the second floor and could overlook the tables downstairs. We love the ambiance of the restaurant. The serving staff was a friendly guy who bore with our effort to practise our limited knowledge of French. The onion soup is not the kind we used to have (usually we have a lot of cheese in the soup and covering the bowl) but still tasted good in its own way. We also have the steak and the dinner special which was a whole sea bass which was quite fresh and nicely prepared.
