10/10One of our favorite restaurants in Paris. Great service, relaxed ambiance and food worth to coming back. If you love truffles we highly recommend it. Restaurant also has a store with truffle products which are very exclusive.

4.5/10Unfortunately Maison de la Truffle Restaurant's experience left much to be desired. The dishes were disappointingly heavy and overly creamy, lacking depth and flavor. Although the truffles added a pleasant taste, they couldn't compensate for the overall blandness of the food. Additionally, the table was adorned with a dirty napkin, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the restaurant fell short of expectations, failing to deliver a satisfying culinary experience. I won't recommend it to anyone, as it seemed to be just hype without substance.

10/10I feel very harassed over the booking as once booked the booking cannot be modified but can only be cancelled . I booked for Tues lunch 1pm and wanted to change to mon night at 7pm . Since I couldn’t modify I made another new booking for mon night at 7pm . The reservations were manually confirmed and the Tues lunch 1pm confirmation came first. I didn’t know what to do with the confirmation as I wanted the mon dinner to be confirmed . I tried to get my hotel to call the restaurant but it wasn’t possible to reach the restaurant . At around 6pm Mon the confirmation for the mon 7pm dinner came and the family rushed down to attend the dinner . At the same time I told the restaurant to cancel the Tues lunch appt at 1pm which was promptly done . However fork was not aware as your system did not inform fork and fork kept reminding me to attend the Tues lunch and I couldn’t inform fork that the restaurant has helped me cancel the reservations since I had dinner there already on Mon . Today ie Tues I received a stinger fr Fork that I missed the Tues lunch and they will blacklist me if I were to do this again . I find the whole experience very unpleasant and stressful . I think the booking system must enable modifications and the system needs to enable Some way of contacting both fork and the restaurant simultaneously so that I don’t get harassed by fork and also worry that I have a second booking on Tues with my credit card and it might trigger a charge on the credit card although I have already visited the restaurant on Mon for a very good dinner. I Hope u understand and empathise my experience with both Fork n the restaurant over a reservations . Best rgds

5/10We came past 3pm for a 2:30 reservation (Paris traffic) and were told that the cook who cooks meat and fish doesn’t work as if it close to the closing time of 4pm. We could choose from the menu, as long as there are no meat or fish involved. We ordered pasta with foie gras, probably the most expensive dish on the menu, and it was disappointing (seared but not at the right temperature, dry and not soft). Overall a ruined experience for what was supposed to be an epic and long awaited meal

7.5/10The food was excellent, and the room had a calm and tasteful atmosphere. I loved the risotto of truffle. The fettuccine of truffle was also my favorite. However, the service was disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 pm on time for our appointment. At the entrance, we noticed that there were several staff members present. However, none of them acknowledged us or gave us a proper welcome. It seemed as though we were being ignored. If there were some reasons, they should have told us and asked us to wait for a while.

10/10For anyone who enjoys truffles, this restaurant is a crown jewel — not only for its outstanding food and service, but also for its location at Place de la Madeleine. Nothing can beat it for a truffle lover! Be sure to reserve in advance and be prepared for a real treat!

5.5/10Service was poor. Had to repeat multiple time to order the drinks which took 20min to arrive while restaurant wasn’t crowded. Only two tables left and it also took about 15min for a coffee to arrive and an additional 15min for the check… overall disappointing service considering the price tag. Good was alright although not incredible.

3.5/10This is the worst place for fine dining that I haven’t experienced, our food got a hair on the plate, I was wondered that server will make a new dish for me or just take the hair out from the plate, so I mark the sauce under the plate. A few minutes after they took the plate, they brought the dish back and said that they made the new one for me but it looked exactly the same as the old plate. We checked and of course!!!! They just took the hair out because the sauce that I marked under the plate still there!!!! We explained this to the manager and got replied that nothing we could do except 1 complementary glass of wine, I ended up did not eat my food and still have to pay for the full price!!! Unbelievable worst service for this famous fine dinning…never come back or buy their products again!!!

5.5/10We were disappointed … we are used to eating fresh truffles dishes in Italy , in NYC where we live and own restaurants and at home when we cook . This was one of weakest truffle meals we ever had. … steak was salty , my lobster risotto with truffles had no taste even the French fries were completely burned . MacDonalds’ does better with the fries … at the end they said we should have complained and spoken about the fries . Could not the chef or captain see it ? Sorry about the review but hopefully they get their act together since the location is fabulous !
