the place is beautiful, it’s a hotel lobby made in the style of the 60’s. the waiters are very attentive and polite. but it took way too long to make the food, my partner was particularly annoyed. the steak was decent but definitely overpriced (42 euros). there were sweet potato fries on the menu which is nice. finally coffee was very good, it’s rare to find such good tasting coffee despite the abundance of coffee shops in paris. might return for coffee but not for dinner.

The steak was not tender and the fish was served raw, which should have been clarified on the menu. The server attended to our requests but was busy with several tables so only checked in once. He made anneffort to be pleasant and professional.

Dish of the day which was prawns served on top of black squid rice was simply delicious, Affogato topped with an espresso was masterfully served, excellent wine list, and as ever excellent service.
