The dining experience was exceptional, with generous portions and a welcoming approach to sharing plates. True to Italian tradition, the menu was also highly vegetarian-friendly. Cocktails set the evening’s tone: Kiss Kool offered a refreshing, citrusy twist on the Limoncello Spritz DJ Paloma impressed with its tangy boldness Matcha Lady balanced earthy elegance with finesse The mains were outstanding, particularly the Truffle Pasta, aromatic, indulgent, and made even more memorable by the waiter’s generous tableside grating of cheese. The Regina Parma was equally refined, showcasing Italian simplicity at its best. Desserts, however, were less compelling. The Tiramisu, though light and airy in texture, lacked depth of coffee and Marsala. The Profiterole al Pistacchio, while well-conceived, was overshadowed by chocolate, which dulled the delicacy of the pistachio ice cream. Overall, superb experience and never disappoints.
