4/10Food was more expensive than mentioned on their website which was misleading. The whole experience was underwhelming and if not for the fork discount, not worth it.

8.5/10Located in Lisbon’s Baixa district, Eating Bear offers a dining experience that is both warm and memorable. The tuna tower stands out with its balanced flavors, and the unique experience of cooking premium meats on a tabletop grill adds a fun, interactive element to the meal. The wine selection, likely sourced from the family’s own vineyard, is impressive, and the staff’s knowledge makes choosing a wine an educational experience. While the food quality is generally high, a few dishes didn’t quite reach the exceptional level expected. Additionally, prices can be on the higher side, so consider using promotions via The Fork or the restaurant’s loyalty card to make the experience more affordable. Overall, Eating Bear is a great choice for a quality meal in Lisbon, offering good food and attentive service, though it may be best enjoyed with a discount.

10/10+1Amazing restaurant, with amazing wine and food. They serve you super well too, I ate the Tuna Tacos which I recommend, and they were amazingly filled with Tuna. One of the waiters named Rogério, was simply 5 stars. Can’t recommend enough.

8/10The food is nice, however - most of the dishes are quite small for their price. We had a very significant discount through the Fork which allowed us the order a wide variety of dishes, but if we had to pay the actual real price of the food - it would be a VERY COSTLY meal for an ok food of small portions.

6/10The food was really good. But I can’t get past the generally poor service. We made a reservation and were seated when we arrived in time. After that it went down hill. Basically wound up forgotten by wait staff. We only got a chance to order when a waiter cleared the bread dish 25 minutes after we had been sitting. We finally received our food and it was just thrown at us. Won’t be back , won’t recommend.
