Tourist trap. Stay away from here, both for the quality of the food and the deceptive price. The only positive is the view, but there are plenty of other restaurants in central Bellagio where you have a view of the lake. Pizza prices are around 12 euros, they also offer Hawai (with pineapple) for 13 euros, which already indicates that they are not real Italians. The pizzas have very limited toppings, and taste is very mediocre. My wife had diarrhoea right after eating. The price is misleading, they charge 2 eur per couvert (i.e. per person), this is nowhere mentioned on the menu, and is quite a lot for such a remote and mediocre place. You pay downstairs, which is probably to avoid the hassle about the bill with the people in the restaurant. Not recommended, stay away

We felt that the upstairs staff lacked the passion of the downstairs staff. The breadsticks on our table had already been opened, the pizza was burnt and the staff upstairs really could not be bothered, whilst downstairs it seemed more like a lovely caring family business.

View from the restaurant upstairs is exceptional and worth going just for that. Food was by far the worst we’ve had in Italy having eaten at restaurants the past 4 weeks lunch and dinner.

The service was terrible. Waiters were unwilling and unable to answer questions about the menu items and the wine. Wine selection was terrible. Food was mediocre at best. I do not recommend this restaurant. Our worst experience in the 5 weeks we have been traveling.

This restaurant has a great view and adequate (but not memorable) food; however, the staff is surly, hostile and rude. I have never felt less valued or welcome in an establishment. Clearly, there was a problem amongst the staff. Take this place off your list of places to eat in Bellagio.

Having told our waiter that we had previously booked and they failed to seat us, we made our own way to a random table that had our name on. Slightly embarrassing as we were greeted and asked for our name and were being looked at by diners for too many minutes. Sat for 15 mins without a drink being offered or menu being placed in front of us. Food arrived timely, as did drinks and we ate basic pizza from a pizzeria that celebrated how great they were. Not great. Tinned mushroom, very little seasoning or herbs (not as promised in the menu) and the prosciutto was close to ham you would find from the packet in the store. Time to go… Having to wave the waiter down to say we’re ready with plates that had been left for over 20 mins is either a hint for drinks or the bill. The latter was the priority. Hoping it improves in the future.

This was a good, casual spot to bring kids. There is a view of Lake Como, though you also see the parking lot across the street. The public parking lot across the street was a huge win because parking in Bellagio is a nightmare. We ate at eight, at which time parking is free and there were a few empty spots in the lot even on a Saturday night in July. Our waiter, who I believe was also the owner, was friendly and accommodating of our large group. The radio music took away from the ambience. Overall, a convenient, casual spot.

the waiter who had our table. must have had a bad day because he didn't seem to want to serve us. the table was not set, he forgot our water and ignored us when we tried to make contact. not a pleasant experience
