Bonjour Gilles, nous avons en effet concocté pour nos clients une carte de "fast - good - food" inspirée des 4 coins du monde où le soleil, les épices et les couleurs inspirent des plats savoureux, simples à cuisiner, peu onéreux, et rapides à servir. Donc adapté aux attentes de nos clients citadins pressés et gourmets en quête d'une cuisine fast but good, fait maison, un brin exotique, et plus équilibrée que ce qu'on a l'habitude d'appeler "fast food" :-)
