We arrived 20 minutes late and they were about to close but they let us sit anyway and we had a great evening. Kindness, great food and great price!

Good food, reasonable prices, adequate portions. Food was prepared with care. I was happily surprised at how delicate the spring rolls were. Pho excellent, There were some items which were not available and this may be due to a decreased customer traffic as it is mid-August.
