We had a wonderful dinner at Livello 1 in Rome. The experience is clearly centered around high-quality local ingredients, especially fresh seafood, which truly stands out. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, and the service is attentive and genuinely thoughtful. We particularly loved the spaghetti with prawns and the octopus served over a delicate bed of greens (resembling spinach), both absolutely delicious. One detail we really appreciated was the restaurant’s honesty: when a group of tourists walked in, the staff openly explained that they specialize in fish. The group promptly left—likely in search of more typical pizza options—which only reinforced our impression that Livello 1 stays true to its identity. A place we would happily return to, and we would recommend to our friends and family.

We believe that is no anymore the previous mood of the place. We took just starters and they were moderate. Octopus over grilled, cheap filling of the squid.

Stasera ho mangiato un calamaro che straripava di ripieno , per la qualità non si permetta proprio, il solo problema è che voleva un etto di astice , visto che gli astici li prendiamo vivi non congelati e li portiamo a tavola in visione , non possiamo levarne un etto… Vorrei farle io una critica se mi posso permettere, le consiglio di curare il suo outfit , e’ vero che si mangia pesce ma non siamo al mare Emilia Branciani

I just didn’t like much my starter but all the rest was very good. Everybody liked it very much. Waiters were nice and friendly. We will be back.

The food was good, but I confess I expected something outstanding and it was not, for my taste. The service was very good with a bit of special offers in the arrival. Excellent bread and focaccia. In my opinion, the price is overrated even for a place where the quality of the food is great and the sea food is fresh (Euro 25 for a pappardelle with a few pieces of shrimp. It was a good experience, but I am not sure if I would come because of the cost.
