10/10One of the best dinners I had in Madrid. Little did I know that around the corner to my hotel, I would finds this restaurant. Fresh, delicious with great service. You can pick whatever you want to eat and have it cooked your way. Will come back!

8/10Great food. Zamburiñas delicious. Got a steak tartare that we could sample before they served it, nice touch. Could dress plates up a bit more but as the name says, it´s about the materia prima.
