One of the best dinners I had in Madrid. Little did I know that around the corner to my hotel, I would finds this restaurant. Fresh, delicious with great service. You can pick whatever you want to eat and have it cooked your way. Will come back!

Great food. Zamburiñas delicious. Got a steak tartare that we could sample before they served it, nice touch. Could dress plates up a bit more but as the name says, it´s about the materia prima.
