6/10They offer their customer a chance to eat until they drop. Although the food was presented in a pleasing manner, it was missing that certain quality that lifts it above ordinary fare. All was going well until we asked them to call for a taxi. The are a long way from the center of Florence, and our request seemed a surprise and that sent them scrambling for a phone number. When I asked the manager about calling a taxi he told me he could not do that. When asked what are we supposed to do, he replied that he did not know. Too far out of central Florence for mediocre food and the possibility you will not return.
