good service and nice food

Fillet steak only fried on one side raw on the other service not good either we were very disappointed

The staff did not initially know of our booking. When I showed them the confirmation we were placed in a cafe style room away from the live music, which had been our key reason for booking. My husband felt that something was wrong and discussed with management and we were moved to the main area. Thereafter everything was fine but our experience would have been different if he had not spoken out.
