The service of this place is good! All the waiters and waitresses are very nice! It’s just the food that wasn’t so great to my personal taste. Perhaps I had very high expectation reading all the reviews before i went, plus being a huge ramen nerd - I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen but the broth was a bit too clear for tonkotsu. The chashu slices were not the best (sorry ????) they tasted more like curated meat than chashu. There was a lot of parsley in the noodles too. I love parsley, but probably not in ramen - it’s not a taste I would expect in Japanese ramen in my opinion. I was also pretty excited for the gyoza too. They were pretty, but were not flavourful. Apologies for my honest feedback ????

Best vegetarian ramen I have had in Paris till now. Prices were also quite reasonable. Great ambience too (a good balance of modern and traditional Japanese).
