We had a GREAT time. We arrived before 7PM and the staff opened the door to let us in. The presentation and food taste/quality was fantastic. We found it to be reasonably price. They helped in getting us an Uber when we were ready to leave.

Outstanding service. Food preparation and presentation was outstanding. Flavors overwhelmingly good even if not all to our preference. Only hiccup was our first wine selection not available but 2nd string was excellent. Would also have preferred substituting one of course for another. Did not like “it’s ok for them to substitute but not ok for me”. Nevertheless it was wonderful and deserving of Michelin Star!

We will not soon forget our spectacular meal at Month Blanc! It was our favorite meal while visiting Amsterdam. The service is a 10+ and the food is equally as wonderful. It was a true dining experience, Highly Rec.

Very creative dishes in the 5-course menu. The 6-course has one additional starter that we didn't try. I do deliberately say creative, because while they all taste very good, none except the beef main were truly exceptional. This, mind you, is subjective and yes, I'm spoiled. Speaking of which, the wines served by the glass are excellent. The only negative thing I will say about the wine _list_ is that there are very few bottles on the menu below 100 euro and many at far more than that. I'm not disputing the quality of the wines, but I do feel that it is possible to build a more balanced wine list. It's not fun wine shopping if you first have to look in the right column to see if you're not accidentally picking the 245 eur/bottle option...

Brilliant service of perfect food! Theme of forrest is greatly implemented through food and cutlery. Dishes have original forms with ideal tastes combinations. Strongly recommended for slow food lovers!

This is the most untasty food which I ever eat in Michelin restaurant…I have been in 100’S of different Michelin all over the Europe but this one is a disaster…so ugly combination of different tastes that it is absolutely uneatable…from 6 courses 3 we did not even touch as it was not eatable…after this you wish that you never see Michelin again…from now I go only to JRE as I was never dissapointed there

Amazing place with very warm and friendly staff. Service is exceptional, food is fantastic. Presentation is absolutely wonderful. We chose 5 course menu and spent 4.5 hours. Great place, definitely would recommend it.

Incredible experience for your senses. The atmosphere, service, flavors, colours, textures, smells.... we left after 4 hours of a magic night full of surprises and fantastic service. I would like to recognize the work of Chloe and Pierre for making us feel special. A great place if you are looking for a memorable experience.

Simply amazing! A true culinary dining experience. The food is clearly made with love and creativity and we got to meet Tibu the Chef and owner. The staff are engaging and attentive and this gem in Amsterdam deserves international recognition.
