10/10The staff that treats me with discretion, their sympathy and finding a couple you know since many year and make me fell at "home". This goes along with good food with a fair price.

The seabreem in salt was just great, cooked to perfection and served with green wine it just hit all the right notes. The clams and octopus salad completed the meal beautifully.

5.5/10We booked a 3.00 reservation and the restaurant stated that we had the table until 5.00. It became obvious that they wanted us in and out as quick as possible. We were asked for starter choices within 2 mins of sitting down. We asked for two minutes more to decide on main course which was ordered as the wine arrived two minutes later. Starter then appeared within 5 mins. My starter plate was taken away before my wife finished eating with the waiter returning with our main courses just as my wife finished. We complained that an interval would have been expected only to be told the waiter did not understand ? Needless to say both main courses were not the best cooked and rather than being shrimp curry for me and lobster curry for my wife , they were hastily cooked shrimps and lobster coated in a thin curry sauce. Neither main course was finished , dessert and coffee was declined , bill was paid without service charge. Meal was finished by 3.40.

10/10One of my favorites restaurants. I go there since 2001 and hopefully for many years more! My top dishes are the rice with lobster and seafood and the seabass done with bread. For starter we had the clams, cheese and special ham and for dessert you can’t miss the “farófias” and the hazelnut pie (a bit ice cream a bit pie). Will be back! :)

Excellently prepared and very fresh fish & seafood - I'll note that choices a bit limited for smaller/1-person portions. Service very friendly, though a bit slow & neglectful at times The view can't be beat - wonderful setting

9.5/10The restaurant wasn't very busy so it lacked atmosphere but we watched the sunset over the ocean. The waiting staff were very attentive and helped us decide .The starters ,octopus salad and grilled prawn were good but nothing special. The main course however was memorable. We shared a sea bass Portuguese style,cooked in the oven in a lovely delicate tomato sauce with potatoes and onions.The wild bass was very fresh and full of flavour.No description can begin to tell how wonderful it was. If you're staying nearby I recommend a visit just for the sea bass.

10/10It was all wonderful but very expensive. Each side dish was charged extra. We ate with our 8 year old daughter who only had fries and ice creams my husband is vegetarian and only 1 glass of house wine. We paid €145.

9.5/10This is a typical Portuguese restaurant. Friendly staff, excellent food (best steak I’ve had for a long time - wife’s king prawn was really good too). Many local Portuguese used it. Nice location with great sunset photo opportunities.

5.5/10Poor quality for a big price!!! Three different types of rice with basically the same base with the ingredients on top. No clue of what a real arroz de berbigao, arroz de grelos é arroz de marisco should be prepared. Not to repeat. By the way, I am Portuguese leaving in that zone and not the first time in that restaurant. What a shame!

10/10I always come back to this restaurant to celebrate special occasions. It is one of my favorites and I am a client already for 23 years! Lovely place, friendly and attentive staff, nice sea view as well! I love the “fish au bread” and the rice with lobster and sea food. Desserts are good as well: farófias is a must for my husband. I like the “queijada pie” (similar to the Sintra “queijadinhas” in another format); the almond pie is also good, as well as the walnut mousse.
