Unfortunately, this restaurant is not a favorite for us. The menu options were very few. But what really bothered us was the server’s behavior - after bringing the check, he was hovering over us and announcing the tip percentage options available. It was very uncomfortable and we come from a tipping culture. Wouldn’t run back.

Boa tarde Cristina, Este restaurante é de mexilhões. Dentro do conceito temos 11 tipos de mexilhões diferentes, e mais entradas, portanto até temos muitas opções. Inclusivamente dois tipos de carne para quem não gosta de mexilhões. Relativamente ao tema da gorjeta, a nossa equipa está formada para informar o passo da gorjeta é opcional. É um passo que está no pagamento do multibanco e somos obrigados a explica lo. Existe toda a liberdade para o aceitar ou não. Por isso não compreendemos muito bem a crítica. Obrigada desde já.

The mussels and sauces are really nice. It’s hard to choose which ones to order! The mussels au gratin was also delicious. The waitress was really nice and helpful.

The mussels were fresh and tasty, I like how you can have them with fries or pasta. The starter portions are quite big so bear that in mind if you order a starter and a main. The waiter was really friendly and helpful

Fantastic restaurant that we found on The Fork…….. Service was excellent and it’s all about the muscles. Absolutely fantastic. Great value can’t say enough. Highly recommended.!👍😎☀️

Wow, we just loved this place. Server was the most attentive person we’ve had our entire trip here! The food was SO good. We loved the mussel with chili as an appetizer and the bowls we had with our entree was delicious. A must place to eat!!

In my top ten meals ever. The mussels were cooked perfectly and were abundant. I’ve never had a serving of that size for the price. The side of pasta proved to be a great base for the delicious cream and leek sauce chosen for the mussels. There are 10 different options . Service was excellent and on a chilly night the restaurant was warm and welcoming. A return trip is definitely in order.

Lousy ambiance, soulless staff, helpfull service, tired-lack of taste food, no wine menu with pricing, obligatory tip suggestion by pos & never seen mandatory surcharge of comission for creditcard payments !!! (Our first restaurant in Portugal charging extra commission for creditcard payments without prior notice) A pity for such an original concept!
