Lunch at Osteria Etrusca was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, and the attentive service continued throughout the meal without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. The menu offered a wonderful variety of dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with fresh, authentic flavors. Each plate was beautifully presented, and you could truly taste the care and skill in the cooking. It felt like a perfect balance between traditional Italian comfort and refined dining. Combined with the inviting atmosphere and thoughtful service, it made for one of the most memorable lunches I’ve had in a long time. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had lunch at Osteria Etrusca and it was simply outstanding. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish tasted like it had been made with real passion. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed, without being intrusive. From start to finish, the experience felt warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best lunch spots I’ve been to in a long time. Highly recommended!

I am coming to Tuscany every year and I see all the changes the couple make in this beautiful restaurant. If you like good food and great spot to see the most beautiful sunset you need to visit Osteria Etrusca. The quality of food is amazing we are fans the local Fiorentina steak and of course the best Tiramisu!!! I don’t think the have better tiramisu around Tuscany 👍, also we see mix set guest Italian and tourist, the atmosphere was great.

Setting was very nice and the ambience would match but let down by the amount of young children left to roam and run around the restaurant area. Felt more like a crèche than a restaurant at times. Perhaps the staff could remind those families.

Osteria Etrusca is a place that impresses at every turn. The food here is absolutely exquisite - each dish is prepared with the utmost care and using fresh, local ingredients. The service is outstanding - the waitstaff are courteous, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations for dishes or wines. An additional advantage is the incredible view that you can enjoy while dining. It's a place you'll want to return to!

The beef carpaccio and burrata were outstanding, showcasing the chef’s expertise and attention to detail. However, the beef steak with rosemary fell short of expectations, as it was challenging to slice and chew. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall quality of the food was excellent. The setting, combined with the delectable dishes, makes Osteria Etrusca Saline a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable meal near Voltera. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it for a tranquil and delightful dining experience.

I Travel a lots in last couple days in Italy in business. Is very hard to find such great place with everything in one. The big patio with spectacular view, the staff are very welcome and friendly. The menu is local but with little twist what I really like. Because every different restaurants around the serve the same or similar dishes. If you really hungry you need to try the best tiramisu ever I have in whole world. Number one ☝️ well done.

A cosy restaurant in the Tuscany Forever resort serving delicious traditional Tuscan cuisine, we were happy with everything. Just be prepared that last 1.5km is an unpaved road.

A very nice restaurant with a super nice Tuscany view. Good for families with a little playground and other toys for the kids. We can absolutely recommend the Bistecca alla Fiorentina which was awesome prepared by the chef. He told us that the meat Is from the local butcher, which seems to be the reason for the awesome quality. Thanks for such a nice experience of well done Tuscany food

If you like to try best Tuscan food you need to come to Osteria etrusca Everyone is leaving really happy and the service is very good ???? Osteria improve this year garden arena and is look amazing ???? Also we found new tables and new plates, the owners really try to make everything perfect We know the road is the best but you need try because you will loved ???? like we love ❤️ this place Again to all staff thank you very much and see you soon ????
