The Ragazzi staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful! My wife and I absolutely loved our food! This was the best Italian we have had over in Europe and even just came from Rome!

Booked a table for our anniversary. An hour into the evening directly after finishing our main courses with a full glass of wine in front of us we got asked to leave as there were walk in’s outside looking for a table. Nice food, horrible service. If you’re looking for a romantic meal go elsewhere

The vibe was really nice, food is better than average but not top-notch. However, we were deceived by how slow the service was. We waited like 45 mins-1hour between the starters and the main dish. We were not hungry anymore when the food arrived. Service was bad. It’s a pizza, it’s suppose to be easy and fast to cook.

The food was delicious and the waiters were really nice but the hardly spoke english… the menu was in Italian, they spoke french, and it was very difficult to understand . Once we managed to order everything was good

From the greeting by our gracious, high energy and professional hostess to the amazing Tiramisu, the whole experience was outstanding. We had an early reservation at 19:00 and arrived at 19:15 to a fairly lightly occupied restaurant. Ragazzi 2.0 is two rooms from what I could tell and by the time we left all tables were full and there were many people waiting to get in. We had a pizza, pasta and a salad and shared it between 2 people. It was easily enough for us. The staff will make great recommendations on wine as well. Food was delivered quickly and professionally. The pizza crust was excellent, the pasta cooked perfectly and we polished off a salad that seemed to come fresh from the garden. Well done, Ragazzi 2.0!

Save yourself and book dinner somewhere else. Me and my husband were visiting Paris and wanted a spot out of the way for NYE dinner. Looked up this place because it was Italian cuisine (pizza, pasta, etc.). It took so long to get service even when asking multiple times. The “NYE menu” was not their regular menu and the food options for the appetizer and dessert were both horrible. The entree was decent enough. When booking the reservation for 2, I was told, “special nye price-120 for the meal of appetizers, entrees, and desserts”. When we received the check (after we didn’t even eat the gross appetizer and desserts) turns out it was 120 per person. So we paid over 250 for a “meal” that we ate a 1/3 of and all we really wanted was pizza. My advice for the restaurant is if you are an Italian restaurant, serve Italian food and give the menus out with the pricing beforehand. We were able to save a couple of other restaurant goers by telling them they that they need to ask for a regular menu and do not do the nye menu. We would have done the same if we knew that was an option. If we were able to get the food and help we wanted, we would have stayed longer, bought another bottle of wine, and this review would have been a lot different. But as it is-this place was trash and the worst NYE dinner experience I’ve ever had.
