Local restaurant with a husband and wife team with team with their son as the sous chef. Very friendly and service was great. Food was very good. All dishes were well executed. The menu is not very large but all dishes were correctly prepared and taste great. It’s what a typical French neighborhood restaurant would be like for regular Parisians. Really enjoyed the ambience. And the salad had so much blue cheese on it. Very high quality.

Authentic French food produced by chef who learned to cook from his grandmother.

Absolutely lovely food and service in a wonderful and friendly family-owned restaurant. The son of the owners was gracious with his English to help explain the menu to us. It was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We knew we were going to be in St. Germain and wanted to try something new. We absolutely loved everything about Le 27 Madame! Friendly, helpful service, small and quaint, and the meals were fabulous! (As was the wine.) We will definitely go back!

What a wonderful place for dinner! We felt like we were invited over to someone's home. The hosts and chefs were warm and helpful, even translating the menu into English for us. The food was all excellent and flavorful. A lot of heart goes into this place. I would most definitely come here again. Be sure to make reservations. Merci beaucoup!

Pork was a little overcooked, service was slow. However, it is family owned and run, our lack of French contributed somewhat. The terrine was excellent. Ambience is good.

A very French meal. Nothing haute cuisine but expertly prepared ‘comfort’ food. A warm, friendly environment with many locals made one feel as though we were dining in someone’s French home rather than a restaurant. Scallops and chicken were well seasoned and delicious. Two salads were well balanced with lettuce, cheese and dressings. Not expensive. We will return

Hidden gem on a quiet street in the deep heart of Paris' 6th. Cozy little restaurant with very friendly French family running the show. Pork in wine reduction sauce is an absolute delicacy. Do not miss!

We were disappointed with our dinner at Le 27 Madame. This is the third year in a row we've come to Paris and eaten there. The other two times were excellent. When the four of us arrived for our 7:30 reservation there were 14 other diners already seated, most not served. The owner was doing all of the work of taking orders, serving, and I think helping prepare meals in the kitchen. We were not served until after 9 pm, and finished two courses (entre and main) about 10:30, when we left. During our time several other parties came in and were seated, even though it was apparent they would also have a long wait. The food was good but a little skimpy and service was minimal. The addition of at least one server and limiting the number of reservations for any one time would have made for a satisfactory experience.

so, out 1st night in Paris. Went to 27 Madam for dinner. The evening started well. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The very friendly waiter spoke English and came around with the menu board which he explained. All good. The starter arrived... nice- blue cheese salad. The main course arrived - chicken. Plenty of meat and tasty but rather light on veg and potatoes for hungry travellers. We'll fill up on desert we thought . But where was our friendly water? Nowhere to be seen or heard. Waited and waited for someone... anyone .. to bring a desert menu. . and after 30 mins, we paid and left.. found a late night supermarket for desert which we ate in the hotel. Considering the rave reviews of some diners, we were very disappointed... and left still hungry.
